The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics is redefining the way musculoskeletal care is delivered across the region with locations throughout Maryland, DC, Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Taylor Dean is a Physical Therapist Assistant who recently joined the Center for Advanced Orthopedics that is located in California, MD. Taylor is excited to be part of the team and hopes to expand her knowledge and skills through her journey.
As a recent graduate, Taylor gained clinical knowledge in outpatient, inpatient and pediatric settings. She has worked with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Taylor has treated many different diagnoses involving the spine, hip, knee, ankle, shoulder and has experience with different neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, CVA, cerebral palsy, TBI’s, and Parkinson’s disease. Moving forward, Taylor hopes to assist athletes return to sport, prevent future injuries, and enhance sports performance.
Taylor strongly believes that unique and individualized programs paired with hardwork and dedication produces results. Taylor’s goal is to provide patients with manual therapy and exercise-based therapeutic skills to enhance their rehabilitation. Taylor wants to ensure patients will reach their goals and get back to enjoying life.
Outside of her occupation, Taylor lives an active lifestyle. She enjoys playing sports, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends. Taylor is a firm believer in giving back to the community which is evidenced by the time she devotes to coaching and training youth basketball players.
